The day after Christmas during a record-breaking cold spell, our furnace went out. A tech, Lee, from United came after hours and spent almost 2 hours (until after midnight) trying to al least repair our OLD furnace to get us heat for the short term, and he tried everything, but wasn't successful. He arranged for their sales rep, John, to contact me ASAP, which he did at 7 AM! He presented options for replacement. Three fabulous installers, Matt, Alex, and Thomas were there by 10:30, and we were nice and toasty by around 1:00. We've used United for about 20 years and have always had excellent service for both A/C and furnace repair and preventive maintenance. Highly recommend!
